but when i drop pax turn around, the ap staff disappear liao..then when i see the inside ap queue, it become super long, many cabs there liao. so i follow other cabs and go in thru the normal queue entry la
but after we twist and turn and come out the other side, we find out still got cabs shortcut in..one of them wan to cut into the main queue but the cabs in front of me dont wan let him cut. they start horn each other, then both side wind down windows and shout. the cut in cab driver shout he is Airport Da Ge, this is his area, can go and ask everyone will know him, he has instructions to shortcut in to pick customers, must give way to him..
after that he die die cut into the main queue. the other drivers boh pian but not happy.
side question: saw a cab drop pax at the arrival, at first signal out, then when he see got chance, immediately cut out pretend to join into taxi queue for pickup..ok not?

Other TD like to take short cut and risk being caught, let them be la....
If driving taxi and pay too much attention on this type of issue, very fast will join me at IMH....

Cut liao kenna flora road? Mai lah, tho we all like to kpkb, howlian and TCSS like my bro keepthechange..due to middle age syndrome which is common...but to be fair,./ Singapore airport is one of the most organised taxis Q in the World.
Do you know that the airport hv to sacrifice haif the size of a terminal to accomdate taxis? And hv to employ at least 50 wardens and workers in rotation shift + sweeper+toilets+canteens, and those tua pek kongs to control the Q? They could have had open up one more terminal with the space given to taxis at all 3 Terminals. That is a cost to them.
Now if driver are to flaws the set up, go by short cut without warden flagging, it will be a matter of time before the AP officer get on them.
Cheating is habitual by nature, once you committed and able to get thru, the feeling of wanting to do it become an addiction, and once addicted, repetition follow up, and no sooner you will be out of taxi driving.

let me add on..based on yesterday observation..
10mins before 1700hrs, where the surcharge becomes $5, many were seen queueing along side of the road despite the airport staff waving more more taxi into t2, as its a low supply of taxi timing.
same thing happened before 1800hrs...
they did not even enter the first right bend, just stop at the left side on the straight road.
Cisco gaurd comes out with whistle and a writing board, ready to take down vehicle number, then they start moving slowly to go inside the q, but park wherever they can to delay time, go toilet.
Many TD were seem going thru the bypass, which is available at all three terminals, but for T2, there's a sign says no entry to Taxis. many were seen going in direct and the Cisco guy was standing there and blowing his whistle, which i doubt he can capture the number plates (if he wants to) as the cabs are going in at a constant pace..
some still go through the winding Q under the car park.
The grey area is when the airport staff signal us to go into the respective terminals as they need us, does it automatically means we can use bypass, as its a more direct route in and ignore the signage there?
Otherwise, if u prefer to play safe, just take it as they are signalling to us that they need us, doesn't mean we can ignore the sign and break the rules
this is the cisco guard that will come out and chase TD at the approiate times
Next time just take down the taxi plate number & send direct to LTA.
If got video, even better...

because of airport uncle waving them in, all go through bypass despite sign showing no entry to taxis
When warden finally surrendered and waving white flag, then I start engine.
Usually only happen in the afternoon when smlj surcharges and peak also dun hv..if no surrender, Q long, warden actually hv a duty to inform the other stand about the taxis going there...the first and last taxis nos.
Let say T2, 2nd taxi stand needs 6 cabs, 1st Ts warden get the message, he wave for taxi to move out into 2nd Ts, he must tell the warden at that stand the first taxi plate nos and the last taxi plate no, that is to ensure no cut in and cheating.
But knn, most of these warden lazy fark..or too old liao, forget the nos or dun bother..these give the loophole for some cheater lor.
And that is the warden duty.
Eg, let say I am the warden, I call out to the other warden
6 cabs, 1st nos 7658 last 6253.
If end up with 7 cabs at 2nd TS, something is wrong? If first plate is no right, something is wrong, if last plate nos is not right, something is also wrong,..but you know lah, warden also tanjiak one mah, less trouble better mah, later can go home sleep and sex nice nice..
