有越æ�¥è¶Šå¤šå¾·å£«å�¸æœºå› æ— æ•…æ‹’è½½è€Œè¢«é™†äº¤å±€è°ƒæŸ¥ï¼Œè¿�例者å�¯é�¢å¯¹ç½šæ¬¾å’Œæ‰£åˆ†ã€‚
今年首9个月，陆交局（LTA）调查的德士拒载个案，多达580起，比去年å�ŒæœŸçš„340起，激增了70％，也超越去年全年的470起。其ä¸ï¼Œå¤§çº¦36％（210个）的德士å�¸æœºæœ€ç»ˆè¢«å�‘现è¿�规，被罚款300å…ƒå�Šè¢«è®°6分，这个人数比去年å�ŒæœŸå¢žåŠ 了约24％。
在陆交局的德士�业执照记分制度下，一旦被记6分或以上，德士�机�被�销执照2至8个星期。如果24个月内被记超过21分，则将被撤销执照。
值得注æ„�çš„æ˜¯ï¼Œå› æ‹’è½½è€Œå�—处分的德士å�¸æœºä¸ï¼Œé‡�犯者其实ä¸�多，在去年1月至今年9月间，å�ªæœ‰çº¦20个。
陆交局规定，德士�机��以在没有充分�由的情况下拒�载客。
一般æ�¥è¯´ï¼Œå¦‚果碰到æ�¢ç�时间，德士å�¸æœºå�¯ä»¥åŸºäºŽä¸�顺路，而拒ç»�è½½é€�乘客。但这些å�¸æœºåº”展示或亮起“æ�¢ç�”告示牌。
准备è¦�æ�¢ç�的德士å�¸æœºä¹Ÿä¸�能到德士站排队挑客，以å…�阻ç¢�其他德士。
但是，如果德士当时亮ç�€“载客”的绿ç�¯ï¼Œå�ˆå·²åœ¨è·¯æ—�å�œä¸‹å‡†å¤‡è½½å®¢ï¼Œé‚£å°±ä¸�能以“ä¸�顺路”æˆ–å…¶ä»–åŽŸå› æ�¥æ‹’ç»�接载。
乘客若碰到这类情况，å�¯å�‘陆交局举报，æ��供德士车牌å�·ç �å�Šäº‹å�‘时间和地点ç‰è¯¦æƒ…。陆交局在接获投诉å�Žï¼Œå°†ä¸Žå¾·å£«å…¬å�¸å�ˆä½œï¼Œç´¢å�–资料å�Šå±•å¼€ç¨½æŸ¥è¡ŒåŠ¨ï¼Œè°ƒæŸ¥è¢«æŠ•è¯‰çš„德士å�¸æœºæ˜¯å�¦è¿�规。
德士拒载在市区较明显
在市区工作的谢å®�ç� （32å²�，行政人员）说，德士å�¸æœºæ‹’载的情况在市区一些地方，例如：日立大厦（Hitachi Tower）å‰�的德士站尤其明显。
“有好多德士å�¸æœºæ˜Žæ˜¾åœ¨æŒ‘客，他们为了多赚3å…ƒçš„å¸‚åŒºé™„åŠ è´¹ï¼Œè€Œä¸�愿开离市区，å�ªåœ¨å¸‚区内兜圈载人。”
æ‹’è½½å¾·å£«å¢žåŠ ç›¸ä¿¡ä¸Žå¾·å£«éœ€æ±‚æ��高有关，更多德士å�¸æœºå› æ¤è¾ƒæŒ‘客。但入行15年的德士å�¸æœºè‹�先生（55å²�）认为：“很多å�Œè¡Œéƒ½æ˜¯å®ˆè§„矩的，拒载的相信å�ªæ˜¯å°‘数的害群之马。”

Recently getting more Cabyy been Okong and punished because of rejection of PAX.
According to LTA till End Sept there are 560 Case of Taxi rejection as compare to 2012 ONLY 340 case, there is rise of 70% over 2012 total of 470 case.
Out of the 580 case 210 Cabby (about 36%) was been Okong $300 plus 6 demerit points.
The cabby rejection is more obvious in CBD, As understood that these CBD warrior Interview in CBD area is becuase of the $3 CBD charge (i.e. Hitachi Tower etc)
According to LTA, rejection of PAX can result with 6 demerit point or above with 2 to 8 weeks of HOLIDAY.
21 points of demerit point within 24 mths ==>>

Few mths back, an Ex-LV member interview a PAX along Sin MIng Rd
without notice that his cab roof light is TAXI and not change shift to Yishun.
He was Okong $300 Plus two weeks HOLIDAY.
So cabbies don't think that you are not CBD warrior then can suka suka interview here and there Hor.

He say AMK...

Hope those caught are only the black sheeps in the taxi industry, and that they learn from this experience. The basic purpose of providing taxi service is to commute the pax from point A to point B at the pax convenience. If the TD is on "For Hire", it should be where the pax wants you to go without questions asked, and not where you want the pax to go.

Typical TD mistake, and that is why some end up getting fines cum holiday.Gentlemen, when you want to interview, be mindful of your words, do not ask pax where are they going, instead, tell pax that you are heading north toward AMK, let pax decide, this is not that I do not want to pick you, I never question you, I just tell you my intend location which could be I am going home to rest, I am going to pick and advance, etc etc

how cum the culture here is that we wind down the window n inform the stranger outside where we r heading to?
slow down taxi, wind down window n wait n see can help or not..

last time before i drive, got a uncle td i take his cab i ask why interview ahh..he say if no interview, then his wife got to go to work. if interview neh, his wife can no need work, just cook special soup and food wait for him come back eat dinner and keep house clean clean neat neat..so he say if its u, interview or no interview?? that time i was like blur ah?!? but he keep arm chio..

we need not wind down the window, it is people come open our taxi door then ask..they interview us instead of we interview them. So, I just tell them I am heading north toward ang mo kio...why, got advance call in one hour time mah, if gum let go, if not, please take the one behind.Out of 580 cases only 210 get fine and suspended..why? because the rest 64% got a reason behind it? and you know which company that mind the most of TD discilpine and behavor?? Cdg lah, and cdg provide lots of advance calls,,,then go catch TD who reject paxs??? and also expect taxis to take advance and calls because of levy...$1 to them seibei ho tan hor..so you see the implication and confusion within.

Bowah, Hello Dro, last time you told me I need to take call, so limpeh took you advance call, then limpeh got spare time of 1.5 hrs, so gum gum at CQ, limpeh stop and wait, somehow, limpeh also cannot put change shift, then someone come along, open my door and asked me courteously, Uncle, jurong west?
Then limpeh answer back politely, sorry bro, unable due to need to pick an advance up north in an hour time..then pax kpkb..who wrong? limpeh? pax? or taxi company?

yalor, knn, you cannot expect a taxi driver to drive in silent all the time, we also got our way of doing business mah, like chicken rice stall, let said he left with only chicken thigh, he will tell his customer only thigh left, a bit more expensive sir.
Then if customer do not mind, he will prepare for him, the customer would not go CASE and complaint that the chicken rice stall do not want to sell himmah??

But of course to be fair, there are some like my ex chief 13th CBD paxs, that kind of interview dun play play.

The problem here is TD cannot stand on their own, because they are not united, and the liberating of Taxis into various companies, which is actual cartel in nature, separated the unity further, some drive silver, some drive red, some drive blue,..each cursing each other at time, how to unite, and with no unity, there is no strenght, but to be fair, even forums also end up with no unity...

yesday somerset313 taxi stand one red epica sibei steady,can interview untill the 3rd pax in the queue than he take
behind cabs all start to honk also he hackcare,the first two paxs blur blur just stand there see him interview behind paxs
i think paxs should take action also la if not how to clear tis rotten apples who are giving a bad image to tds
