Question about call booking inside CBD

Hello, I am a new taxi driver with comfort and need advice on the following:
If I respond to a booking call in the city area after 5pm, can I charge the $3 surcharge on top of the booking charge? For example, if I have an advance booking at 9pm, location being Raffles Hotel, can I charge $8 + $3 in surcharges? Thanks

Bro, are you a businessman ornot? Of course, you can. Call booking and location charges are different. By all means, just charge.

As long your start point inside CBD, timing between 5pm-12midnight, 1sec earlier or 1 sec later also cannot hor....
Feel free to press the $3 surcharge....
If forget to press is your own fault hor....

Newbie must gather at driver like bro taxilim, then can know where to hide, where to eat and where to find ants and butterflies.
As for TS< this is a must know in taxi trade, if not how to tan jiak, logic already tell you must charge CBD, if not take call for fark? might as well take pax from Taxi stand, but if you are out of CBD after 5pm, then there is a call inside CBD, that will be a different story.

The taxi course did not really teach about when or where to charge surcharges. Have been two months driving as Sunday relief but may be switching to full time soon. Still learning the trade every Sunday.
Anyway, thanks for confirming my doubts on this and may I know what qualifies as 13 supreme pax? Fare must be more than $20?

Drive taxi if not siao siao, very hard to pass life hor, I rephrase it, we are not siao siao, but damn humourous pple, as I said, if you pple go eat teochew porridge with me, you all can laugh until vomit the porridge out, and to me, many TDs need a good laugh, most had missed those laughing days for too long liao
