Taxi driver hogs sheltered walkway

A taxi driver turned verbally abusive and threatened to run a woman over, after she confronted him for hogging a sheltered walkway at North Bridge Road.
According to a report on Lianhe Wanbao, the incident took place on Sep 25 at around 11am, at a carpark between Block 10 and Block 468.
A taxi driver obstructed the path of more than 20 people with his vehicle, including a woman with a trolley.
The woman confronted the driver, only for him to turn aggressive and start hurling vulgarities. He also threatened to run her over. The whole incident was captured on video.
A couple of others intervened and threatened to call the police, but the driver left hurriedly with one of the doors on his taxi still open.
