Car sent spinning after taxi rams into it at Jurong East

A car was sent into a spin after a taxi rammed into it at a Jurong East road junction.
Footage from a dashboard camera of a fellow motorist showed the cabby - who was waiting for an opportunity to turn right at the junction - ploughing into a sedan car that was heading straight from the adjacent direction.
The timestamp on the video seemed to indicate that the accident took place in the afternoon of Aug 25, 2013.
In the span of 12 hours, the video - which was uploaded on to Facebook - has been shared by over 420 netizens and attracted a slew of comments, most of them slamming the cabby for his part in the accident.
One netizen wrote that it was a "misjudgement by the taxi driver", while another believed that the cabby's failure to keep a proper lookout before turning was the cause of this accident.

There's also the possibility that some driver like the vios in this case, signal left, but go straight.
but again they still have right of way, so the turning driver suck thumb in this case

This just pay full 2k++, and for the rest of the year, hopefully he dun get into any accident again.
However, if the vios driver gets injured, and with police report, TD can get summons and sued.
