Simon is only the discipline master, then there is also an appeal master like me.,..so, let me make it clear to all of you, never assume what the media said about 2k, tio pok and so on, some can be true, but most are reduced after a proper hearing.
Most important we use to argue is intention, there is no intention, and never an intention to end up at the stair, thing like wearing slipper is more on an intentional issue, knowing it and still want to wear it.
And bear in mind that some of these disciplinary action are more mend for public awareness and put drivers like you and me on the ball, but the actually punishment layout can be much reduced.

No la, CDG don't work that way 1 la....
Once accident being reported, own fault, no 3rd party (vehicle) $1k, got 3rd party(vehicle) $2k, very straight forward 1....
As for the NTU portion, CDG will dealt with the TD separately, nothing to do with insurance.....
