Can TD reject PAX who want to use cashless payment in AP

This morning while in Airport T2 queue, line up with boot open waiting for pax to approach. 1 Ang Mo told this TC ( new Chervolet LT ) next to me that he will be using NETs payment. TD immediately wave "No". TD than direct him to me. SMLJ. But heng ah, Ang Mo going Orchard. For me ( CDG), any type of payment I also take. As long they pay the fare. My question : Can TD reject pax on cashless payment even though the cab has the equip and in working order in airport? Can I bring up to the Warden ?

Bear in mind TC are task to up the service level for this industry.
And now is TC market...with a long waiting list of hirers hor.
Kana 2 warning letter & out u go liao.
To break yr ricebowl over such trivial matter...worth it ???

My thought was if I report to the AP Warden that this TD reject this pax and pass to me becos he do not accept cashless payment. The warden will simply ask him to get loss. Since we TD make a living driving cab, i do not wish to make thing difficult. But on the other side as you said, we are providing a public transport service and TD cannot have these bad habbit.Originally posted by universal bob:

by right, we should accept, esp CDG.
Other coy, some TD prefers to deal with cash as i understand their repayment from COY from cashless transactions is much slower.
pax complain or not, depends. best is let pax know before they board, or if u are the kind do not want to take cashless, reach destination pax shows card, u can say terminal down as an excuse..

don't do that, even if the pax was arrowed to u and heading loyang only, don't kick up a fuss
somethings happen for a reason, could be a blessing in disguise at times

I also very tulan pax reject blackie than hop on to my cab and go Simei....
What to do....
Btw, street hired(airport consider street hired), as long pax not on board yet, yes or no to accept cashless mode, you still can argue....
CDG rules is upon arrive at destination, if pax request to pay cashless, TD "must" accept....

Let be more logical lah, like any business, you put upfront what your are selling, be it menu, sticker or a promotion board, decal and so on. And then when customer go in, sit down and point to the menu that he or she wants this...you tell him or her, no more selling, then if you are the customer, you can tell them, then why outside you put a big big sign of yr signature food.
It is a typical chinese saying.. hang lamb's head but sell dog meat.

So, if you think you do not like to accept cards, take down the decal lah, or at least put on board showing and telling people, terminal down, all cards not acceptable

yalor, then you can swipe your nets or credit cards at the centre of bak bak buttock...lols
But in reality, bak bak will tell you go fark yourself, so, usually if my paxs all use cards, the most I can do PCC, save it for tomorrow
