Please Don't Stop On Expressways To Change Tyre

  I have been busy this past 2 weeks but there is a story I want to share. I think 2 Saturdays ago, I was out with friends, and was driven along AYE-ECP on the Keppel bridge. This bridge you all know is 3 lanes straight road with a very small shoulder. Cars like to speed here because it's striaght. I saw 1 TC Wish driver parked on the left, changing his tyre. Be cause the shoulder is very narrow, the 3rd lane is very close to it.

  I was so worried seeing the driver doing that, I wanted to ask my friend to park behind him, but then we would also be in danger, so I called the police to assist him in at least providing some hazard warning.

  So please try not to change tyres on expressways, try somehow to go to a side lane or exit and do it. Expressways got so many blind drivers. This very bridge (at the end) was where the lambo fatal accident happened. It's a very dangerous place to stop.

  I rarely change tyre myself....

  Not that I'm spoilt kid or what....

  Driving taxi already so pathetic, why make myself more suffering on this....

  See open, call and pay $30.....

  No sweat, underwear wet wet....

  call EMAS is free of charge!last time my tyre puncture at ECP near to PIE exit going to A/P,i call them,they tow for me to Changi South Av 4.there i slowly change the tyre.it took me 1 hr to change,but i am proud i still can change tyre!

  Depend on what type of tyres, car tyres of course must go one side and change, good info from Bro JRII

  By right the cameras along Eway should have picked up the incident and the EMAS peeps will be there under a certain time...even without having to call for their help.

  Bro, if you are driving CDG, same number to call for tow,  just tell them puncture tyre, need help....

  But make sure your spare tyre is available, because they don't carry spare tyre with them hor, only spanner and hand....

  My friend never check, call for help, when they arrived, than realise the spare tyre also puncture....

  Pay $30 buck for nothing, but at least they straight tow back to workshop for you....

  Once they arrived, is their duty to tow your vehicle to the nearest exit FOC....
