  Flooding is ok, just dun on yr engine, once you on and move, instead of air intake, water go into yr engine...then goodbye car engine

  Off engine, get out of the car, Car can be insured, but if you still drive in a flood, the insurance (taxi) can take it as your fault, no more the natural diseaster fault, so goodbye $2k++, what for.

  Taxis is not yours, just get out and swim to the nearest higher ground, let the water subside, and let the police come, tow come, make it big, go back to office like TC type, at least can tell them I follow procedure, if they open up engine and see flooded, you can be questioned and be at fault.

  And by the way, getting out of the car is a safety feature, do you know that when water cover the whole car, water slip in, you can hardly open the door due to outer pressure

  I think the veh will be good as new after repairs or they may just scrap it and u get a new car, but your radio sets will be your own lost
