Came down, open the boot, place his luggage nicely on the floor....
Open the pax door....
"You want to come down yourself or I drag you down?"....
Fyi, my friend also pai kia base long long time ago....
"Whatever you say just now, all been recorded, you see that camera...." my friend point to his in-car camera....
Than that cb pax, came down....
My friend close the door, went to his seat and drive off....
Re-queue again for 30min....

Since there is no abusive violant made by the pax, IMHO, there's no need to go to that extend as to create unnecessary scene. Just loon, and collect the fare and fuck him after after dropping him off.
Of course, if he had made abuse violence, I would definitely protect and preserve my dignity and drive this fucker to the nearest Police Station to make a report with my audio cam as evidence.
As TDs, we have to guage the gravity of the seriousness of the situation. But please, do not over-react and take things in your own hands. Peace

That's why as TD, we have to loon to a certain limit. Got one instance, I kena 3 nearby drop-off from Airport. T2 to Capri CBP, T3 to Capri CBP, T2 to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. I also loon and take it in my stride. As TD, we are providing personal transportation to pax from point A to point B. As long as we earn our keep. Cheers

My friend learn to loon ever since he becum a TD....
Throughout the whole journey, he also kept very silence....

Hopefully the next time he ever hop on to a taxi, better keep his cb mouth shut....
If is me, I won't remain silence 1, will fark him upside down, but still sent him to his destination and collect my fare....

chances are, the pax might have kena builled/whack or something from people who are ah nan type last time, and seeing TD easy to jiak....he of cos wun let go of this opportunity la.

No need lah, if paxs too kuai lan, stop a police petrol car or go to police station, settle there is better, if pax later complain, also no issue with your company, as you had written/stated your statement.

Best response is to keep quiet and drive quickly to pax destination. After all, the journey is so short from AP to Tampines. If you try to ask or answer back, it may make matters worse since pax is in a mood to quarrel with you.
What to do? Most people do not really respect TDs in our Asian society. You see how the bell boys treat you. Even petrol pump attendants sometimes dun give you a damn.
When I drive my private car to pump petrol, before I can step out of my car, the pump attendant is already there to open your fuel cap, greet you and ask you politely which petrol grade you want.
When I drive my taxi to pump diesel, they can be standing next to your pump, but bo hiew. You operate the pump yourself lah... This is the reality of life.
If you respect yourself and have self esteem, you will not be bothered by such trivialities.

Come out from Tg Pagar distripark, turn left, turn right also can....
If turn right, remember to cut through Neil Road when on Jln Bukit Merah Road....
If turn left, very straight forward lor....

there is no right turn out from there leh...are u mistaken abt my starting point? it's a pair of big buildings blk 37 and 39 keppel road. There's only one access/exit point.
