CDG TD, please advise

CDG, especially current calls tends to delay by 30 sec within the GPS relay, so most of the time taxis passed by the place, then you get a call, but sometime knn, already cross a traffic light and U turn is damn far, furthermore it is peak jam period, so even tho you are near, also hv to forgo.
Therefore, sometime you see those ah lau slowly slowly by pass or stop by the road to wait for potential calls...lols
3 second la, not 30 second....
Sonata in 3 sec can go very far lo....

Taxi drivers is a trader, a small trader.
And as trader, he can trade anything on the road, to take current, advance or street pax is up to him, his capacity, his location and his situation (huat or obk).
Therefore, he make his own decision and ply his trade within the framework of the laws and policies, calls should therefore, not mend of any penalties, if gum, one takes and honour it, if not gum, one can take street, why downgrade it??
If cdg set such standard of sch A and B, then can a taxi driver set his own standard of paxs, A paxs and B paxs. A equal quality paxs only, B equal all other paxs.

By now, everyone should know the driver hotline number....
They have to answer the phone if drivers call in and they have caller ID also, they know who is calling up also.....
If no answer my phone call, they sure kanna jiak lut jiak lut from me....
