On 3 March 2013 (Sunday), at about 2300hrs, we were alerted to the discovery of two cats' bodies at the back of a bus stop along Kallang Bahru Rd (shown in the picture). The bodies were found in a dog food bag. We are appealing to anyone with information on the case to come forward and assist us in our investigations. Surely there has to be some strict measures to control the animal. Joining pest control program is not a bad idea. :)
