awesome! the cat is being lovely to its owner by dropping those in the toilet. other wise, they have to clean for him. Amazingly as well to note that their ass has auto-cleaning ability, unlike human, easily got contaminated and infected if not wiped away your leftover :D

Actually come to think of it, why not? There's the smell of urine in the toilet bowl and the cat should be smart enough to know. The problem is........my cat is quite fat......what if she cannot balance herself and fall inside? Very messy right......haha.
