its quite enough already..kids like these do not deserve that 'oh he's just a boy' immunity necklace to allow him to torment more animals...if those cats really suffer serious injury after being kicked this boy deserves to have kerosene poured into his mouth down his throat with a live match thrown in after that...the taste of revenge for sake of the poor cat should be sweeter than honey

Kids these days are not only horrid enough to chase and kick cats..just an hour ago I actually found an exploded toy bomb next to a cloth that acted as a cat's sleeping mattress, the kind which little brats buy from the convenience store below a flat and throw it away to let it explode with an irritating boom after rubbing/agitating the contents inside. It goes to show they don't deserve to be excused in view of their age anymore. Seems potential underaged bombers are emerging even in Singapore..

Singapore's law is never sided towards protecting animals. Singapore is a FARKING country which only concern about $$$ making and do not put animals on par with humans.
