45 cats killed!!!

  Fourty-five dead cats were found buried under a stretch of grass patch along Seletar Road. who took the trouble to gingerly wrap the carcasses, dig several graves and bury the dead cats? Could this be the worse case of cat abuse the country has seen? Or was there a major feline disease that inflicted the cats?
