What are the critiras for adopting a cat from SPCA?

I dun think SPCA really see your bank acct and place u live in in detail....
but i know that SPCA would like to meet the entire family living in the household. Making sure its a family decision...and ready to take responsibilities.. -
i tot no cats allowed in HDB flats?

As a pet is a lifetime commitment with considerable responsibilities involved, the SPCA requests that preferably the whole family come to view the pet. Of course, if this is really not possible, you can come with just one parent . A counsellor will be on hand to help with queries and to advise you on various issues.
Adoption is free. Just pay for the cat's medical exams.. -
