Meow.. Touching Cat story..

Was walking to my colleague's car at the back of the office building.. Where i work, it's parklands rather than a residential area. So I was surprised to catch a glimpse of this black cat near the bbq area. Anyway cos my colleague was giving me a lift and he hates cats. I didn't have the time to stop and investigate what on earth a cat was doing running around on our compound. I was wondering why the cat was wondering around our office grounds, told a few people bout it, but didn't see her anymore.
About a few months later.. say.. 4 months. I saw two girls feeding this black cat outside the mailroom. Poor baby was skinny and so hungry. She was lapping up the milk and cheese (spell disaster) but she was so hungry, they didn't know what else to give her.
The girls said that the cat has been missing for 1 1/2 years. The owners were two suburbs away.. About 4km away. They thought that the cat was dead. The only way they got in touch with the owners was from the collar that the cat was still wearing!!! -
