  Yah they do.....not all though...I have only heard one of my cats fart...he does it all the time...

  I never did also until I got my this one cat..Picasso....one day we were all sitting around watching tv when we heard a small fart sound....it didnt come from any of us....we suspected the cat because the sound came from his direction but was not sure so we switched off the tv and kept really quiet....and he farted!!!! a few times....
  and it was really SMELLY!!!!
  
  now we're used to it already...

  yeah cats do fart..but of cos no sound...those silent killer...
  
  There was one incident that when I was sleeping, my cat fart in front of my face & worse is those silent killer..OMG...I nearly faint on my bed...

  My snowy is a lady then.

  Been to my friend's place once, and suddenly all of us got exposed to a good healthy dose of fart.
  
  None of us guys confessed, and my friend told me it was his cat.
  
  I think what they're fed is linked to the number of times they fart. Not quite sure though.. heh.~
