  Poetry for your cats, about your cats, to your cats...feel free to post and give your comments too!!
  
  heres my 1st contribiution :
  
  I am a cat, thats what I am,
  I grew up in bliss,with balls of string
  butterflies and birds of spring
  with long naps and loving pats
  I am now grown and grown
  
  I rule the roost with velvet paws
  I bow down to none but mom alone
  She has loved me with heart and soul
  and i love her to the bone
  
  She comes in late and all alone,
  and I purr a song to her soul.
  I see her eyes and lift her up
  with a nuzzle and a touch.
  kneading her tummy and biting her toes
  I bring a smile and remove the woes.
  
  I protect her and lie by her door till first light
  hunting and killing many a cockroach with a bite!
  My life is one of so much bliss!
  
  I am a cat, thats what I am.
  I would be no other cos i love my mother!
  
  I am what I am and would be no other!

  Haven't exactly sung it to anyone yet, but try singing mew with different tones, pitches, octaves. Should be quite cool for a cat lover ^_^
