OK saw the tender docu for building consultant...
NTUC Fairprice is developing a 16 storey building right beside Joo Koon MRT Station...
9 storey of warehouse, 1x SBS bus interchange, remaining are for office...
Likely 1st 2 storey is bus interchange (double decker bus ma), next 9 storeys of warehouse, another 5 storey of offices...
But problem is, as far as I know, that place if they build NTUC warehouse and bus interchange, sure clash over traffic issues.

Peter Parker seems to be a bit too emo for my liking.
The whole reason behind why Spider-Man is my childhood hero is that I see a lot of myself in Peter Parker. And I do not slam bullies into lockers.
CPT George Stacy seems a bit too confrontational as well. In the comics he was highly accepting of both Peter Parker and Spider-Man. In the trailer he argued with Peter at the dinner table and sent the cops against Spider-Man.
