its just a thought...it just not quite right...hmm...
if they really want to rob the SIngaporean Moneychanger (target: cross boundary concern), before and along the road to airport, they could have done it... why make it so obvious at the airport and in front of THE PUBLIC or even in a room, to demand the moneychanger to "HAND OVER THE MONEY"...
Its like making a big scene to tell pple, showing to public in Broad Day Light, hey..look we are robbing..come ARREST ME and I will lead you to THE Named Mastermind easily!.

Don't look at me. Follow-up reports confirmed that three MACC men were arrested and suspended for the robbery though it turns out that they weren't senior officers.
Either they were among the five or they were accomplices, I don't know. Either way, they were arrested in connection to the robbery.
Of course it's idiotic to rob people in plain sight at the airport, but then again, we've seen far too many cases of idiocy among criminals.
Heck, who knows? Maybe they were in cahoots with the airport cops. Then they got arrested because they didn't want to share the loot.
