Sigh.... it's been a bad week for me....
First, all of us research students were given notice to move out of our shared office to make way for some research fellows.
I managed to get a new cubicle space near my lab, and it took half a day to shift all my stuff over. My new cubicle has no LAN point and very weak Wireless-G connection. I had to spend on a new Wireless-N card for my PC as a result.
Then, my SAF New Balance shoes (which I wear daily) got worn out at the inner heel, exposing the hard plastic heel support. This gave me blisters.
As a result, I had to throw it away and order a new pair of shoes. Luckily I still have eMart credits, and I'm spending them on the new Asics shoes that the SAF is using.

people are as such idiots....told them it's urgent as it is for freight forwarding and even reminded them yesterday nite and this morning..... the stock must come by early afternoon latest 2pm.
its 50diff titles with diff qty, i need to count every unit to make sure they have sent the right titles and qty...total : 4000units!!
now at this hour, I called and check if they are arriving, they tell me that THEY WILL BE LATE, will come after 4pm.. ie after my freight collection time 4pm!!
WHAT WERE YOU DUMBASS USELESS PIECE OF SHITS DOING IN THE MORNING!!
no wonder till now, .. no improvement and staff are leaving one by one !

not as bad as the situation over here...or maybe equally as bad...i nearly fainted when my colleague told me they don't have the soft copy of the data we wanted. it's all hard copies...imagine having to transcribe monthly data from 2000 onwards
and we don't any spare interns!

Trying to work out a system for the team to keep track and update account payable and invoicing...
Gotta improve lotsa system so the team can work more efficiently... I cant stand ppl doing stuff in the low efficient way >_____>

For my own wedding prep it seemed as though everything that could go wrong almost did go wrong.....
For one thing, our wedding dress guy suddenly bailed out on us and refused to take our calls. We had to move mountains to get another wedding dress from another wedding studio, and guess what? That idiot came begging us to take him back with just two weeks to go. We flipped the bird at him and buzzed off.
That said, I'm glad that the honeymoon went perfectly all right. I was half-certain that we would lose our luggage in transit.

well, we do...There used to be host clubs like "Club Trustz" (Closed off le, few months ago I think, replaced with another club)... Most of the time U can find thai guys working as host but there are quite a few local ones as well...
Actually, a significant portion of customers from the host club are actually hostess from some clubs/pubs

LOL I though host clubs were just big in places like Japan. Didn't think there was a mkt for it here. I wonder what is the draw of such places.

I'm amazed at the number of lup sup places in singapore actually .....
they are everywhere .....
who patronizes them ? .... how do they all survive ....
since I reckon only a portion of men in singapore patronizes those places, some fellows must be hum supping practically every night !!

exobitant prices...For example, a bottle of martell would usually fetch like 148 on normal pubs in boat quay...
but if u go to places like Legend, Mirage Palace or Tian An Men, then the prices go SKY HIGH

I have nothing to say about single men who go out gallavanting .... whether they pay for it or get a freebie ONS ... well, it's their choice and it releases the vapours, so to speak ....
I've been round the block when I was much younger too, so to speak ...and fatumnette knows ... I tell her everything ....
but when a man's married ... with a wife and maybe kids waiting at home ... well, that's just irresponsible .....
