at high cold mountain i was wearing only a fleece blazer and occasionally a winter big jacket niah and i was strong as an ox during the 15days dusty Mt E..not feeling that cold and a slightest sick sympton...... but after i reached singapore, on the very day after I went to work and kana the sun/humid, I cough cough for almost 1 month..
doc says i allergic to Singapore air... the humidity and O suck in too much of it (weather changed here) via throat caused my throat irritation.....
could it be the same? air travel via mouth too much..cos irritation to the throat??
sounds so wrong though... iznit it vice versa.....hahaha.

And no, that's not the voice of a running addict. I run at most (4x30 + 1x120) min = 240 min a week.
And even that is the exception rather than the rule.... 150 min per week is the norm for me, and that is precisely what the Health Promotion Board itself has been promoting.
Some runners hammer at least an hour a day five days a week, followed by a two-hour run on weekends. I don't even come close.
i ran too.. after buses and trains so as not to miss them to get to work....kekekekeke

But I'm getting lots of mental exercise and little physical exercise and I'm totally exhausted by the time I go home to want to exercise

probably side effects from sunday? i usually do the 3Rs on the day of my long run and the day after: rest, refuel, re-hydrate

Nopes.
Running is the backbone of my exercise regime, but it's not the only thing I do.
For those running sessions, usually I would run 30 minutes on the treadmill in the campus gym, and pump some weights for another 20 minutes or so.
Then when I'm bored with nothing to do at home, I do Pilates.
