nowadays, lots of positions that requires "semi-literacy" has been filled up by pinoys .... call centers, most of which are locally based, SME orpid clerks ... I see plenty of those at my clients, IT support services, frontline sales ....
it's not so much the ah tiongs anymore ...... cos many tiongs are already riding the next wave ..... entreprenuership ....

But it was indeed special, my relatives in Pontian were drinking PUB water all these yrs.

I think the Johor water co figured it's still cheaper to buy water from PUB's Malaysian water source

I didn't vote for him and he is the President of Singapore by a small % extra votes
Though we may not acknowledge him as our President but technically speaking he is still President of Singapore is what I'm trying to say

Honestly... Can anyone find the difference between rule of majority vs rule of democracy...
