  I think the novelty's in the colour. Otherwise it tastes like chocolate cake dressed in cream cheese.

  I was reminded abt the bus diversion for NDP

  Where SMRT would ask Sv 75's commuters to get off? Empress Place before u-turning back to Bt Panjang?

  SMRT principle sponser of NDP yet not a single of its scheduled buses enters Suntec/ Marina.

  Sounds like there's no easy way out of this public transport mess, going by your comments in the other thread, other than expelling people from S'pore..

  the colour is from beetroot right? coz i could hardly taste any of it...thank goodness else i would feel like i'm having veg

  although someone in the office did say it could be from a red fruit too. depends on the baker.

  Originally it came from the reaction of untreated cocoa with buttermilk when it was baked. Food colouring is used to produce the red hue now. It's something to do with the way cocoa is made these days.
