They're the cream of the corps!
Seriously in all my dealings w/ them over public bus matter, it takes a lot of time before ppl see or visualise the problem...

They do need ppl to keep on telling them wat's need to be improved. I think that's where even outside politics i.e. day to day govt running, they've to learn how to listen.Say 1 example... Wrote to LTA over the Woodlands Train Checkpoint, the bus 170 info should have colour plate indicated not just 'To Queen St' since buses to JB & Queen St makes double call.
True enough, days back 1 elderly couple asked me which 170 to take, had to use colour plate 'white' to tell then e correct bus.
But to many of us, even myself we can read English words.

that night i just snap at one of the lady staff!.. cant finish our yu tiao.. i ask her for a plastic bag (pointing to the bigger one) and tell her to pack for a few yu tiao.
she refuse and hesitate..obviously not paying attention even looking at me... gave me a tiny bag that cannot hold the yu tiao at half the mark!!
arghhh!!..brains brains..where are their brains??!

we bought too many for 3 persons, so we tarbao home for supper...got different in country one meh? kekekeke.
besides, we have paid for them... no diff of bringing home and eating there...:?

btw, at rocher we sat at back alley, cockcroaches everywhere...
plus the traffic warden came giving illegal parking tickets.. the rocher van was parked illegally, staff rushed out to drive the van away...!! the warden gave him a chance but summon the rest... hmm... shop owner got privilege to park on double yellow lines???

if back alley no roaches something is wrong alrdy.
those old shophouse type is like tat one, cos sewage is located behind...
