starvation+exercise=recipe for metabolic damage+fat gain.
ever notice that lots of women who lose weight drastically to fit into an unrealistic dress size for their weddings balloon up pretty quickly once the wedding is over?

I think that one reason why my weight has maintained over the years is because I don’t diet nor do I overeat
The only time I ballooned was due to a water retention problem which has been fixed
Anyway that outfit looks so Korean

I want something different, instead of the usual suit and tie combi .... a bit understated as well, I don't want to be overdressed like a peacock since most of the guests would be in just shirt and pants, if that .....
fatumnette is going for a very minimalist and fluid look too .... ^^

knn then why even bother to lose weight?????????? from both a health and appearance standpoint you're better off not doing it vs losing and gaining it all again with interest. people coming off starvation typically end up not only heavier, but their bodyfat percentage goes up too! I don't understand.

But looking at the married couples I see around singapore, I can see that your way of thinking is very common

I told him now that I'm getting older I'm going to spend more on maintanence and that if we have a cub, I expect myself to get back into my original shape or better!!!
