  it's not as bad a tearing a hamstring ....

  I tore my left one running SP's poly 50 yonks ago, I couldn't walk for a week ....

  don't worry, it's not that sort of massage! and i think fudge went for a session. and i go every 3-4 weeks.

  is it like cramping?

  my calves have been getting this tight and cramp-like feeling for the next few days after I jog

  Sounds like they've been strained excessively. Once upon a time, I sprinted near the end of the Macritchie X/C run (school event), then cycled home. I was crippled when I got off the bike and walked up the staircase - both my calf muscles were pulling.

  I don't think I was old enough back then to know about it, so I'm not particularly inspired.  That's one more thing I missed out on besides Star Wars and Star Trek.

  it was an arcade game.. the first one of them to be really really violent

  

  pissed off a lot of the regulators so we had to play it...

  and it was a great game in the time of Street Fighter II, this game was different dynamics..

  then they turned it into a crappy movie

  with Christophe Lambert as Raiden
