However I have to agree with av that the handicapped as well the driver of the handicapped are both eligible for the handicapped parking spot. I remember taking my hubby's grandma's to the shop and she got me to park it at the handicapped parking spot so she could get out of the car easily. In Oz, shopping centres also have parking spots for parents with baby near the entrance.

To park at the lot to let the handicapped person to go out car easily, understand one lor.
That merc parked from morning till night (ie when i left for work and back from work, it is still there)...and with a dodgy a4 size laser print out blue logo.. and yes with no car number display on that A4 sheet of paper....
