if I were the one driving my disabled family member around and some busybody takes a photo of my car for 'discussion' in a public domain and I find out or someone tells me about it, I'd be looking for the fucker in question.
and what has a beggar asking me for money have to do with anything? I can choose to give money or not give. I won't take a photo and 'discuss' it.

hello.. i never say i put up the car number on forum for discussion hor... if it is outragously doing it for cheapskate purposes, i am sure other pple has already reported it liao lor...

and the coloured scheme is only WEF 2007 and valid for 5yrs.

LF, I can understand your frustration and obviously you have seen people out there who have abused it. I don't like people abuse it too.....
However I have to agree with av that the handicapped as well the driver of the handicapped are both eligible for the handicapped parking spot. I remember taking my hubby's grandma's to the shop and she got me to park it at the handicapped parking spot so she could get out of the car easily. In Oz, shopping centres also have parking spots for parents with baby near the entrance.
