  i had a problem that i can't raise my arms because of something the specialists couldn't detect.  actually i still have the problem now.

  and i injured my shoulder while doing weights last time.  its the joint.

   

  so i got downgraded all the way to a modified IPPT where i can only take 3 stations.

  shuttle run, situps, ride bicycle.

   

  but i refused to believe that i cannot pass the normal IPPT without training my arms.  so i upgraded my medical status so i can take the full IPPT.

  ask u guys something, for cars for handicapped, how to know if their decal is real.

  i saw one mercedes use a LASER PRINTED paper and display on the dashboard..

  i look at the car, it looks normal to me.. it parked at the handicapped lots... free parking huh?

  some cars seat are modified to accommodate them.

  laser printed. A real one is blue coloured and it's a decal

  but really, some ppl would go chao kuan print 1 label go kope it.

  although e car is not even modified

  u cannot just print it, there are records and it is only issued by the medical fellas.

  my friend has it and his car isn't modified.

  he has original one and still kena fined by shopping centres for parking at the handicapped lots, so he has to bloody write in to complain.

  I have seen ambulance parking at the handicapped lots every nite as its own and the driver gave me a stuck-up look... 

  I have seen bikes parked at our nearby pesdestrian walkways, ple has to walk on the muddy grass as it was blocking the cement proper way...a lot of bikes now park at the void deck of our places too (yip, no parking decal)

  Now I see pple using these fake handicapped decal to cheat their way to park for free (by the way, the merc carpark decal is not at our place one)..

  See things not right, will raise issue lor..

  The ambulance i think should be kana summon liao... no longer there now...

  handicapped parking label means u can park at ANY carpark with a handicapped parking lot

  if u park at your OWN carpark, u have to pay season parking.

  only God knows how detailed her description is until you've seen it yourself.

   

  my friend's label is paper and put in the plastic that holds it up against the window.

  when i first saw it i told him i can print it anytime i want also

  but he stated clearly that there are records.

  it is placed on the dash board just like that..

  anyway, my handicapped friend who drives oso a merc, has a proper car decal (same as our parking decal) and it's properly printed type.

  if the family has a handicapped member, the driver is not handicapped.  he can park at a normal lot and drives to the pavement (for the handicapped) to pick up the passenger.

  the parking lot is meant for real handicapped driver.
