  I got jabbed in the gluteus maximus just now at the hospital..... 

  Damn my butt's still sore..... the doctor told me not to do anything too physical for the next 24 hours....

  my right forearm is aching from chin up training yesterday

  and now my legs are wobbly

   

  and i did 5 chin ups!!! woohoo~!!!!

  all thanks to PTI's training regime

  My boss is flying over to UK soon... and the constant spewing of ash over at europe has made her extremely edgy, despite we told her UK mostly unaffected...

  Anyway on the recommendation of my colleague, I got breakfast from crystal Jade Bread... Was very lovely~

  Meanwhile, 1st thing I saw when going to Old Town White Coffee for morning coffee, I saw 2 seperate complain case... Well, mine would be the 3rd if not for the ONLY 1 staff who provide good service... But only when I left, then I notice, she put both hot and iced drinks in the same carrier >___>

  I'm not going to Old Town White Coffee for their over-priced nonsense anymore >___>
