  Just came back fm the clinic.

  Had cold sweat and sweaty palms on the train this morning to office.

  Doc says is some kind of anxiety attack.....

  i just knew it..the weather shitty cos my face kana eczema again..

  it's always like that when the weather turned chaos..

  this morning haze irriates the skin so much siah..
