  I'm guessing you are C1 cos you got rt. just down grade. once you hit c1 it's a waste of time, might as well downgrade to 9 or e

  theres no point being C1.. you might as well downgrade to C2 and below and have no ippt or rt obligations..

  C2 is also rifle ready..and so is C9.. only pes E aren't..

  i did 20 push up burpees and my lats started to pull

  swapped to non push up versions till 45

  and did 5 more push up versions

   

  then 20 crunches and 20 pushups.

  all that carrying for the past 9hrs plus the burpees should justify a breakfast deluxe!

  i'd rather bring zora out to a fantastic dinner...

  or bring zora out to 2 nice dinners at Sakuraya... btw.. Sakuraya at West Coast.. good stuff... i think the staff is too harassed compared to the little branch at Parkway so they're less attentive... but if you want to throw loads of money around, they have fatty bluefin tuna for sashimi.. you get to choose which cuts you want coz it's all there with the price...

  zora and i love the swordfish sashimi...

  while the Bose one is about $450, i got mine for $87 

  got an Altec-Lansing one for zora.. it has a radio too..
