My boss said it again today that he wants me to quickly get someone to do the nitty gritty of my current job so that I can stop sitting in the office and travel more often :( -

1hr portrait shoot, so ok for me
turns out that the client wanted something more and the neutered one's sis in law told the client that i will be bring all my big ass lights to shoot
then i had a chat with the client, i told her that i am actually charging $xxx/hr for my shoots outside. being asked to help shoot at $xx/hr doesn't make sense for me to activate my full range of equipment.
then the client was like "i paid $xxxx! but i agree that it is too much to ask of u, its ok... tomorrow i will make noise to her, but what do i say to not make u look bad?"
in the end she take my namecard "just in case i need an alternative"

but she tell the client that her "commercial photographer will be bringing the lights"
fark, i only bring my lights for my own shoots that's because i get paid the correct rates that justifies bringing the lights.
$xx just to appear and take photos is easy but the client had a specific requirement.
$xx will not get the client that requirement
client paid $xxxx so the client SHOULD get the requirement
in the end, client disappointed. luckily understanding.
