YTL says they find the laws and so on more conducive for them to invest in S'pore, Aust and UK than their home base at Bolehland.

I've seen some flats in Simei and Pasir Ris, and I liked what I saw.....
Tampines is an absolute no-go for me even though it's in between.... to me it's too much hustle and bustle, and it seems to be overcrowded....

talking about my industry...lots of weirdos..
One idiotic person (local supplier) talked to me..
Boss asked me a question and feedbacks. This email happened to cc him (on his payment info) as well. I replied only to boss on the $ issue and company internal stuff (i have to protect our company confidentiality), of course I would not cc him (he is just an outsider)
He questioned me "why I did not have the courage to answer boss" because he was not copied on that email? hey, this is internal mail. He is questioning me why he is not copied on our internal mails??? is he insane?
Anyway, I told that i have been liaising with my bosses prior (boss knew about his characters). I ask him why did he made such rude remarks.. he not happy and hung up ..how ungentlemen
..... is he nuts? ...anyway, boss has requested him to send me stock, now on the phone with me he finally admitted that he has not even work on it yet and i am sure he did not tell my bosses... ..... .

When we were house hunting we looked at bedok, tampines and pasir ris
We forgot about Simei
But when my dad reminded us about Simei we fell in love with the place
Well if you buy Simei, we will be like neighbours :P

we got CTE, PIE, TPE, KPE, NEL, CCL around us..

i like bedok reservoir by the reservoir part.... it's near enuff to take bus to tampines yet i can take mrt from bedok hehehee
anw now everywhere also ish crowded de lah -_-"
as for the foreign workers, yes we need them but not in SUCH QUANTITY!!! now their nos. are huge, they very "brave" now and causing alot of social issues .... my uncle was commenting he went geylang for his buddhist dunnoe wat association thing. he say the PRC women are so cheap, $20 nia... and their customers mostly those banglahs cos they cheapskate...

an chua we market where we stay?Anyway tampines holds 1 stadium, 1 swimming complex, 1 safra, 3 shopping centres, 2 Cinema, 1 MRT, 1 Interchange, and quite alot of office blocks...
We also have all kinds of fast food including popeye chicken, aston... but botak jones no more le...
we also have 1 poly, 1 JC, lotsa secondary and primary school ard which is good for families that have kids...

I've seen the new flats at Bedok.... the ones along New Upper Changi Road after the stadium..... I walked into one open house where the homeowner wanted to sell....
Once again, I was shocked at the stupidity of the flats..... most flats have one toilet in the kitchen and one more in the master bedroom. In this flat, though, the two toilets were side-by-side along a narrow walkway towards the bedrooms.
And the kitchen was tiny and had a really crazy angle to the rest of the flat, and the laundry-hanging area received no sun at all.
And the homeowner was asking for $425k valuation + $45k COV for that 4-room flat.... siao! I can get a much less retarded 4-room flat at Pasir Ris for less than 400k, COV included!

it's a quiet neighbourhood.Potong Pasir is another quiet one.
As for the PRCs, lots of problems these days la. Just need to be careful

they just want to make more money wat... just like the PRs pushing up the flat prices, they just happily up the HDB prices saying it's in relation to market... PUI!

end of e day, new flats gotta be affordable esp for e newly wed youngsters. But one thing, as we dun have enough land to build new HDB flats alrdy, gotta make sure who in need gets first.I mean, if one day PAP as a party or current govt ppl becomes complacent, then property price all these would plunge very badly (if it's a indicator).
