Sigh.... so much for e-Learning Week.....
The first lecturer tried to conduct a live voice lecture through a chatroom.... in the end, it sounded as though he was giving a lecture via walkie-talkie....
*CRRRACK* Okay, look at page 11 *CRRAACK* Refer to the first equation *CRRACK* If you see the first two *WHHEEEE* terms *CRRACK*......
The second lecturer created a webcast..... by creating an Adobe Presenter show....
More informative, better quality sound..... but apparently he spent so much time doing it and created such a big file that he can only give the presentation in instalments of a few minutes each. Right now I've only watched the first five minutes of the lecture, and I'm still waiting for the rest of the lecture....
Sigh... what's with all these highfalutin' ideas.... what's so wrong with just setting up a videocam, record themselves lecturing to the camera, and then uploading the video to Youtube?

the 3rd link is a 1.5 hour lecture. I stumbled upon it from a crossfit forum and it was immensely informative.
Thanks.. the 1.5 hour lecture, uhhh...
but the other two, i kinda know about some of the things..
which is why i figure i'll go into the heck of a lot of veggies diet.. coz i don't do much exercise due to the busted back, not much protein needed to repair things.. i'll kick that up when i do my exercises..
most of all, cutting out a majority of the carbs and sugars..

Btw did anyone else see the ad in The Newpaper today besides me?
I was really mortified that 91.3FM have a radio game show for listeners called "Beat the Boomz" and they have a number you can sms questions to Ms Boomz aka Ris Low herself!!!
And yes she will be on the program to answer questions too!!!
It's really WTF??!!!

Honestly I prefer seeing the powerpoint slides and then referring to books or webbies....the exception is History where they knew precisely I was going to do just that and refused to put up the slides.
