I returned from Tony Roma's an hour ago. Everything except the world-famous ribs was good lol.

that's really (as Bourdain said) heroic cooking!!
fish stock slowly cooked...
then used to make the risotto... and it is manipulated by flipping it into the air to make it creamy without the use of cream or butter...
and it looked damned good!
i gotta try making risotto almost like this when we get a place of our own

and they're really really bad migraines too :x
