  Pardon my language, but premium service my arse. Transitlink was able to provide it for free, and thankfully they still handle student concessions. Why must a different company take care of this new EZlink card? Why is all this shit is being forced down our throats?

  I need to dig out some info over how they can make a biz from retail (non transit) usage first before looking at wat's going on on a macro scale.

  anyway some logic dun make sense in operational terms too

  Actually would rather say in e long run would be CEPAS standard card. It's macham e SOP for contactless and cashless transaction software platform from 2009

  GIRO was something meant to make our life better w/o carrying much money around. Seems like they wanna bring Singapore back to the 1980s

  Ahh... I remember e days of SBS buses being OMTS and those black coin changing machine provided by SBS

  in singapore - no injuries but lots of people evacuating from building.

  in indonesia - no reports yet!

  There isn't really one aside from the ability to use it to pay ERP charges and top it up at ATMs for a fee.
