jialat....I just saw, my Nike Sunglasses, the removable lenses turning turtle shell.
Either something is wrong with its chemical or the weather is turtle-shelling the lens.
i'm having half a bowl of fried rice
On another note, I got the storage kinda sorted out.
Now is to consider how to repack my things to fit into that 99cm by 99cm floor space.
And whether I really need to keep the clothes and shoes and bags.

so it's 1/2 bowl of rice + noodles = carbs. where's the protein? fibre?
ban mian is just a consideration
i think protein will come from the egg in the fried rice
*stucked a spoon into a can of baked beans in tomato sauce now.*
Shoes, the heels are brand new, and will be given away. Sports stuff, I will keep.
Clothes wise, may hold onto a few pieces.
Books wise, will have to re look into scanning the pages and donate the physical books to the public libraries.
Comic books, I guess you folks have to help me take them off my hands.
Or I just take on another storage space so everything can fit in nicely.
The smaller unit storage space is actually not bad, better then the big units, cos the big units, you need to plan your items to put in walking space.
Its now about planning what to put at the bottom box which i wont have to keep digging in.

You need lots of protein to help repair your muscles.
Consider throwing in some grilled chicken or something.

1/4 or 1/2 an egg in fried rice is insufficient

had yesterday
Was in the shower, when I think of my mummy, then something else about insurance strucked me and reminded me about what had happened recently, and how some people are easily bought over by promises that has the shadow of being for your advantages.
Here's goes: I was involved in a family dispute, with my father and stepmother argued about his china g/f thingy. My father named me as the troublemaker between him and his new wife.
Somehow, stepmother did a about turn on the china g/f thingy, most likely over finance issues, and was trying to convince me that my father is right, and that he really 'cared' about me.
Apparently, she was bought over with his argument, that he loves us children, because he already set his nomination of his CPF to be evenly distributed among all 4 children.
I was practically livid; to be appointed their scrapegoat for their little 'misunderstanding' and for the CPF remark.
The way stepmother says it! Manz!
I know very well how much my father has in his CPF account, because he only started contributing CPF at the ripe old age of 57 years old for 10 months only.
My own CPF, been accumulating since I was 13-14 years old, when he deserted the family for his malaysian lover. ie. I've been working since I was young to at least pay my school fees and expenses. He has left us desitute, my mother been a housewife and myself, my younger sister and even kindergarden brother with some 250k bankruptcy debts.
And he wants to show his 'fatherly love' by nominating 25% of his CPF to me after he died?
I was telling stepmother: 'My CPF has higher amounts then he does. He really think thats very 'generous'? With the quip, that if I die which should be soon, he and my mummy gets 50% of my CPF, that is still currently 4 times his CPF in total!
Sorry, should be 14 times his total in CPF.
Which still makes me really cheesed off.
I can't blame the stepmother for not knowing that his CPF amount is pathetic, nor does she knows about how CPF can be withdrawn, confiscated or can always change out the nomination. She afterall, is un-educated Thai and never known how Singapore really works.
She at first still didnt get my replies about it and tried to claim that she seen the nomination form. (Sigh, if its not sent out, does it still constitute a nomination? Silly woman!)
And lastly, I am now still feeling the effect of that flash anger. Why? Of all times, at such a late date? Am I really bi polar?

Just taking a break..... bumped into this at STOMP:
Retarded black metal wannabes play the fool at a cemetery
Retards. Want to pose also, please do so within limits. Stepping on tombstones and flipping the birdie at a statue of Jesus isn't cool; it's moronic.
Oh, and EDMW managed to CSI the identities of the retards.
now folding laundry.
I need to cut down my calorie intake.
afternoon
Maalysia boleh!~ Think was Dr M, mentioned tat Lau Lee told him if Dr M didn't give any concession over water talk 10 years ago, Singapore would have no qualms of going to war
But thing is, back then I've always hear Dr M and Syed Harmid (the 2 bulls) with word 'war' coming out of their mouth
Anyway, we knew they've lost the chance for price adjustment since the agreement allowed for price revision until 1986
