  one thing i dislike about the "new" library..

   

  many punk kids hog almost every inch of the floor of the library, on "almost on prone position" and wired their lappy to every electric sockets and NOT STUDYING....CHATTING AND SURFING AWAY.

   

  They hog the spaces next to the shelves, and blocked pple from the shelves.  There are some even hog the entire asle !

   

  WHAT IS THE LIBRARY PPLE DOING!!!!!

  the staff also lan lan lah.

  and this happens in every library. basically if you want to have to chope place you better queue up 30 min before opening hours, esp in the regional libraries -_-

  Thing is kids like to hang out in libraries

  I do too last time with my friends

  I can read, listen to music, study, watch a video and enjoy the air-con

  AND IT'S FREE

  that day i went to mcdonalds next to bras basah

  pua cb, it was FULL

  and it was filled with students sitting around and "studying"

  knn, so noisy... study simi sai.

   

  luckily the mcdonalds near my place has a sign that tells students to refrain from studying in the restaurant

  hanging out can.. but not lying on the entire floor space.. dun want to move an inch even they knew they blocking the space.

  someone is looking for a photographer and under one of the requirements he states

  "Portfolio ( edited and original version preferred )"

  which photographer would put a friggin before and after photo?

  the last time i go library was to study.... 4 hours of productive studying alone... i dun understand ppl who "study" in cafes and fast food restaurants... they just end up chatting and eating more than studying...

  my foot only swells after i wear my slipper or shoes to work ...

  i think it need time to heal bah.. 

  i erhem *touch wood* fall down..  this is the worst so far in 10 year bah.. so i forgot how it is like to get hurt :(

   

  but on the bright side, i handicapped.  my boys at warehouse bring stuff to me... me nua at office table... hahahaa..

   

  i wonder how restaurant/eating place can survive with all these kids studying there..   i went to mac once and see all tables filled up, i turned around went hawker centre instead...

  last time i go tiong bahru garden to study. no aircon and only dim street lamp but i perform best.
