  Ferret is missing out on sum good stuffs in life!! Prawn heads zomg!!!

   

  Fish eyeballs are nice too!

   

  Haven got a chance to try more "exotic" stuffs like duck tongue though.

  duck tongue quite easy to get.. just go to the braised duck shop and buy the head.. the tongue should still be in there...

  it's really nice to eat

  the fish eyeballs are the best and most succulent part of the fish apart from the other slimy bits which make up the head...

  if you check out nature, you will see that kodiak bears eat only the fish brains, liver and roe because they're the best bits...

  You know what comes to mind when I look at all those photos of offal? 

  Zombies.    Yeah... I recall those scenes in the zombie movies where they eat EVERYTHING, every damn bit, leaving not a morsel wasted.
