  Err it's not those walk-in freezer la but we have those coffin like freezers here at the office. All 3 of them, which I can easily stuff in a few bodies if it's empty

  But it's filled with expired goods and junk

  wanna claim from them something that happened almost a year ago

  I told my customer no way am I entertaining this claim coz so bloody long

  If their haulier wants to be dumb it's their own problem

  Please note, we already issue wrongly CREDIT NOTE for RM335.00 THC of the invoice no:'XXXXXX-dated XX/08/07 & ctr no:XXXXXXXXXXX(20') . Actually above this shipment , yrs shipper is not accept to paid the charges & ask must refer back to c'nee here (confirm by Hapaq Llyord-XXX with Load Port).

   

  For another ctr no: AAAAAAAA(20') ,shipping line already refund the charges RM 335.00 THC to our Forwarder since last year on month October. But our Forwarder wrongly give us the ctr no: XXXXXXXXXhave refund the charges.

   

  That means, still one pending inv for XXXXX -dated XX/07/07, must pay in full amount RM 1,415.97 , no any refund charges on this invoice.

   

   

  P/S: Pls discuss with yrs account dept & try issue the cheque ASAP to us.
