Only thing that has not gone up is the hawker salary.
I see sometimes they increase like 20 cents
That can barely cover their costs man

Anyway... Uni of Melbourne says they have 153 student researches, of which 53 of them are Singkies... and more than half of the 53 are poly students
I dunno, but sometimes our local uni also gotta give JC students their lifeline to go uni... Their A level cert can't get them anywhere

Yeah....Generally speaking, those JC kids who KPKB about poly students 'stealing our places' tend to be slackers who screwed up their A Levels....

actually JC path can be quite tough for those who are weak in languages, crazy maths and abstract theories ......

That was why I opted Poly over JC
Because my Mandarin sux and I cannot imagine taking JC standard Chinese lessons :O
And I am also not the mugging type of student and most likely will fail JC :X
I figured I will be much better off doing projects and stuff in Poly

i think the problem is they should have common univ admission exam or something ......
if not, hard to judge who is really the best man .....

yah... anyway those slackers gotta admit, poly students quality are also getting better... dun think going to JC can get you a spot in uni although it's kinda like local uni take in more JC students...I think it's also getting compeitive for overseas uni

I am still at ecp using Macdonalds free pc & internet access at the moment. Cant decide whether I should go for a swim yet. Just had a sausage muffin & Ice green tea.
You guys should hear the waves lapping. Mon Morning are usually least crowded.
And my salsa needs improvement. Still trying to get my basic steps correct and will be taking more classes.

good exercise and fresh air is good. I've always love the sound of waves and solitude especially when i feel down.my rackety bones does not allow me anymore strenous exercise so i'm into only old man exercsie like taiji
