The thailand dim sum, is a lot more flour then meat. So I would like a difference once in a while. -
Spring Rolls ( cha nem, nem ran or cha gio )
Noodle Soup ( pho )
Cha Ca - famous fish sauteed butter
Bo Bay Mon - beef cooked in 7 diff styles
Ga Xe Phay - shredded chicken salad with beansprouts, carrot, peanuts and basil
Tom Hap Bia - shirmps cooked in beer
Bo Luc Lac - Cubed spicy beef stir-fried with green pepper
Snake ( thit con ran)
Dog ( thit cay)
Duck Eggs (trung vit loh )
Dessert ( banh com )
Green tea

One of my former tuition students' mum used to burn mosquito coils in her home.... even though the aircon was on and all the doors and windows were closed.
Needless to say, every tuition session invariably ended with my having a sneezing fit. -

That reminds me of my days in JC Year 2, when we got a regular classroom which was actually just a container set among some trees. We'd use mozzie coils or "fog" the place with a whole can of insecticide in the evening. Sometimes we'd even spend whole periods catching them with our hands.
