Did you not read of the man who had an OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) that he kept using Listerine and ended up dying from toxicity?
Ok, so you are not OCD (I hope not!
), but using it undiluted is too strong and over time, it can destroy your oral mucosa and destroy your gums! And believe it or not, our enamel layer of the teeth is actually very fragile and if you look in the mirror and see your teeth turning yellow, and you're not a smoker, it's your enamel wearing out, allowing the dentine layer underneath to show through a little.
Don't overdo the Listerine thing! -

Before major heart operations, unless it's a medical emergency, the patients will be sent for dental work first because if there's tooth decay, certain bacteria can actually work it's way to the bloodstream from your gums, and then cause problems in your heart.
I never understood how scary tooth decay can be, until I was told that!
And... I've nursed one patient before who had a brain infection and ended up in the ICU... and it was all because of a decayed tooth!
So, when it comes to your pearly whites
Take care of them

My ship hosted a dialogue session with the chief of navy.
And my conclusion is........none at all. Asked him 4 questions and he answered all of them out-of-point.

drivers be careful though.. not sure if you noticed but.. i find that since start of this year, every morning I hear at least 3 - 4 accidents reported on radio.
recently someone just hit my car and just today, i saw the guy in front of me narrowly avoid hitting the pick up in front of HIM (which was full of immigrant workers) by swerving into the shoulder lane. heng no motorbike going through
then on my way back, another fellow tried to cut into my lane just never check his blind spot!
think its end of the year 'hangover' until now.
