if we wear formal suits.. then of course we have to wear shoes that complement the outfit.. can't possibly wear flats or sandals..
I also don't like to wear heels.. ever since I sprained my ankle.. I have sore feet/ankle after the end of the day..

Flats aren't very comfy and can be difficult to walk...more like dragging...so I think 1 to 1.5" heel is just nice, and not too taxing on the ankles, but it's impt to have soft in-soles.
