Hi, I'm currently a part-time actor and a freelance film-maker, I write scripts and even had actors to standby and ready for me. Right now, I would like to hear from you guys comment of local film industry here.
I realize that local film/drama is kind of boring to the extend of not exciting enough to capture attention to the local and foreigner here in Singapore, for an example, my gf is a filipino and sometime she stay over at my place and watch tv drama made by Singapore and she comment that it's not entertaining, and she just give it a miss after several minutes of watching it.
I made many short films throughout my life and now I'm ready for some real kicking film which I've planning to make over the next few months which is an action film, some kind of fighting scene like the Hongkong style and a bit of Hollywood. And I would like to ask the view from you people, will it be better if there's kind of this film in Singapore to improve the local film industry? Is it acceptable for that to showcase?

*cumBackWenUHVwon19 = "haha...thank you very much for your interest. I'm not really that professional into romance genre yet, and don't really have any hot actress at the moment but if you are keen on acting and with relevant experience. You can provide me with your contact info, by that time I have enough experience to make such films, I can let you know.
*Jiani = Oh is that so? I don't have the intention to spoilt sg image but I just want to do something different from the local media industry, they're story like family problem, money problem, relationship problem and so on. Kinda like the same story happen every year and not to mention, it's a routine but anyway, thnx for your idea...I'll keep that in mind.

ok. i hope u can do something sci-fic?
should make film about singapore folklore although there's not much folklore here...i can only think of the bukit merah and swordfish story....
Or do creative comedy like 18 grams of love
all creative arts flourish in a society with the least censorship...
the govt must review this direction if they were to aspire towards internationalism...as well as for literary pursuits...
writers and artists should be free from political and social encumbrances ...to produce what their muses will....
