The Substation is hosting an independent cultural event, Human Frames, presented by Silke Schmickl and Stéphane Gérard from Lowave in Paris. It runs from 17 - 20 Feb at the Substation, 45 Armenian Street.
The Human Frames cycle presents a series of ten film programs examining the human condition through experimental film and video art. It focuses on ten emotional states- happiness, desire, madness, fanaticism, fear, anger, isolation, melancholy, mono no aware and impermanence- and depicts the timeless and universal panoply of human tempers that lay beyond national social and cultural affliations.
The program consist of a conglomeration of visual art work conceived by a spectrum of international artists including Singapore's very own Victric Thng, Sookoon Ang and Tzu Nyen Ho.

- $5/ concession ticket available to students, senior citizens above 55 years and NSF.
