  may i ask wat does it mean when nc-16 ratings come up..does ur birthday need to be over for u to watch it or when u are born on that year..you can watch it immediately

  you have to be over your birthday to watch but you can ask ur friends who are over birthday to help you buy tickets.

  Just wait for the DVD to come out in another 2 month's time if you are afraid of getting checked.
